Appointment of new CEO - Dr Rocio Bona


Decarbonology is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Rocio Bona as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Dr. Bona brings extensive experience in Environmental, Governance and Social (ESG), climate resilience, carbon management and public disclosure. Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving our mission to create a more sustainable future. We look forward to working together to build on our successes and accelerate our efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.


Dr. Bona has over 20 years of experience in sustainable development, working with large complex organisations in leading public and private sector organisations both nationally and internationally. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Design from the University of Calgary and has led the implementation of numerous climate resilience and carbon reduction projects. Her expertise in the field will be crucial in driving Decarbonology's mission to reduce carbon emissions and create a sustainable future.
